Our Guide to Miami
Last November we visited the city of Miami, Florida. Together with a little trip up to the Keys we did a lot of sightseeing and enjoying the tropical weather. It was actually the first time going there so we collected a lot of recommendations from friends and followers that tipped us off to some really cool spots! Let us take you on our Guide to Miami.

The Gabriel Hotel / Located at South Beach
Directly in front of the beach is this beautiful boutique hotel that is decorated quite nicely. It has french vibes and original floors and walking distance from everything Art Deco.

The Setai / Located at South Beach
An amazing ocean grill restaurant in a five star hotel on the boulevard of South Beach. Great atmosphere, romantic lights and very good food & wine!
Rose Bakery / Located at Brickell
The best bakery in town. Cute pastries together with lovely bagels and fresh smoothies. This place is the way to go when you're hungry and craving breakfast, lunch of brunch.
Piola / Located at South Beach
Great Italian food in the streets of South Beach. We can recommend the Tiramisu ;)

Freehand / Located at South Beach
An intimate garden (with pool) and cuban vibes. Streetfood, fingerfood and real good cocktails are what keeps you here for hours!

Brickell Mall / Located in Brickell
All the big shops are here including some cute art galeries that are worth visiting. It also has nice restaurants to stop by for lunch or a glass of wine.
Bayside Marketplace / Located at Downtown Miami
A little waterfront shopping here! To be honest, it has a lot of tourist shops but it will be a good chance to score some Miami college tees and cool looking caps.
Lincoln Road / Located at Downtown Miami
An open-air mall with all the well-known brands and good famous foods. Stop by Shake Shack for your burger satisfaction.

Art District / Located at Wynwood
Beautiful artsy walls and cute pop-up shops pulled together into one festive hood. Small shops and sample sales are to be found here while enjoying bright colored buildings and streets.
Miami Heat game / Located at Kaseya Center
Nothing screams 'American Dream' like a game of basketball. Enjoy the playing season of the Miami Heat including all the necessary breaks, hotdogs and cheerleaders.
